“ Amazing location! I always go through the drive thru so I can’t speak on what the dining experience inside is like but they always get my order right no matter how many items are in it. They’re food is always cooked perfectly and taste amazing! Honestly they have some spectacular associates working at this location cause they always give me a good experience. Highly recommend this location! ”
“ Stopped in on the way back to Winter Haven with the wife and daughter, as always the burgers were delicious and the cheese fries were on point! Food was out in less than ten minutes and I forgot cheese on one of my fry orders and the man working said “just put the cheese on them”. 8/9/2024 was their shift and the whole staff was awesome! Will stop every time I’m in town! ”
“ Steak n shake is always good, but it's very rare I come across such exceptional service and management. Had a snafu involving a single use gift card and my own impatience reading instructions on the kiosk. Management comped the cost of the wasted gift card and enabled me and my wife to eat this day.
